Park n’ Play Fitness Dayz – Circuit Training

Do you want to try out some of the fitness programs the park district has to offer? Come and get your fit on in one of our parks! Try your hand at Circuit Training (High Intensity Interval Training). Varble Park, located behind the Deer Grove Leisure Center, is the perfect place for you to try out this class for the first time. This event is free! Rain location is DGLC Exercise Room.
