Wood Street Fitness offers rejuvenating two-hour yoga retreat for women of all ages and abilities

Bensenville, Ill. (September 18, 2024)— Discover peace, empowerment and sisterhood at the Wood Street Fitness Serenity Sisters Women’s Wellness Yoga Escape, a rejuvenating two-hour yoga retreat exclusively for women. Taking place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, October 11, at the Deer Grove Leisure Center (DGLC) in Bensenville, this transformative experience offers women an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and focus on self-care and inner peace.

The Serenity Sisters retreat is more than just a yoga class—it is a chance to cultivate inner harmony and leave feeling empowered and refreshed. All participants will emerge from the retreat ready to embrace life with renewed vitality and purpose.

Participants ages 14+ will be guided through gentle yoga flows designed to enhance strength, balance, and flexibility. The retreat also includes a tranquil meditation session, offering a calming space for the body and mind to rest and recharge.

After the yoga and meditation practice, participants can enjoy light refreshments and connect with fellow women in a supportive and nurturing environment. This event is open to women of all levels and backgrounds, offering an inclusive space for everyone to discover the power of sisterhood and serenity.

Sign up at the DGLC by October 4. Fees are just $26 for the two-hour experience, $24 for those living within Bensenville Park District boundaries.
