Bensenville, Ill.— Those looking to learn the latest dance moves or receive a small introduction into some basic dance styles will have an opportunity to try it for free through the Bensenville Park District.
Park district dance instructors will provide a crash course in some basic dance moves with tunes from a local disc jockey from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, August 13. The event at Rose Park, David Drive and E. Belmont Ave. in Bensenville, is free and open to those of all ages.
Dance Dayz is a part of the Bensenville Park District’s Park ‘n Play initiative aimed at meeting people where they live by providing programming in neighborhood parks. More than 50 events are taking place in Bensenville parks as part of the initiative this summer.
