The Bensenville Sports Conference offers a variety of sport programs for all ages. It was formed to develop and maintain high quality recreational activities for the youth of Bensenville. Our programs promote the benefits of teamwork and physical conditioning, teach the basic fundamental skills involved in various team sports, and emphasize the importance of good sportsmanship and fair play. There are lifelong benefits sports so it is our goal to start our youth at an early age! Here at the Bensenville Park District we strive to educate, equip and empower you with sports.
Introduce your child to America’s pastime in a fun and creative way. Basic skills such as fielding, catching, and batting will be covered. Your child will never be bored as we make sure all of the kids stay moving and involved.
Fall Soccer Inter-Village League
The Bensenville Park District Youth Soccer teams play in the Mid Suburban Recreation Soccer League. Participants are to register into the grade that they are currently in. Each team will practice 1-2 days a week (coaches discretion) and play a seven game schedule on Saturdays between 8am-4pm. Time and location of the games will vary week to week.
Grab your paddle and/or partner and head on over to the DGLC for some recreational fun. Pickleball is a paddleball sport that combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. It is recommended that players bring their own paddles however, if you don’t have one we can supply one for you. Never played or heard of pickleball? No problem at all! Come on out and learn the game that can last a lifetime. Open Pickleball will take place every Sunday starting 09/12.
Adult Bags League
Grab your bags partner and head over to the DGLC for everyone’s favorite backyard game! Games will be played in a best of 3 format each week. Teams will compete in both a regular season and postseason for cash prizes!
