The Bensenville Sports Conference offers a variety of sport programs for ages 3-12. It was formed to develop and maintain high quality recreational activities for the youth of Bensenville. Our programs promote the benefits of teamwork and physical conditioning, teach the basic fundamental skills involved in various team sports, and emphasize the importance of good sportsmanship and fair play. There are lifelong benefits sports so it is our goal to start our youth at an early age! Here at the Bensenville Park District we strive to educate, equip and empower our youth with sports.


Highlighted Programs

Kids Karate Club

The Kids Karate Club is specifically designed for children ages 4-14 and focuses on safety, avoiding strangers and protecting oneself. This program targets many building blocks for children today: respect, self-esteem, building confidence, leadership and making good choices. This progressive martial arts program includes belt progression through Black Belt. The students will learn the basics in karate, self-defense, sparring, kata and children safety. Uniforms are required and can be purchased during the first class for $38. Testing and promotions (optional) for all belts will be held on the last Thursday of the session.

This class incorporates physical fitness, motor development, strength and flexibility. Students learn tumbling moves and rhythmic aspects of gymnastics while focusing on balance and coordination. Basic moves such as somersaults, cartwheels and walkovers are introduced. As the gymnast grows, the focus moves to skill development.

Co-Ed 14” Softball

Kick off your weekend by playing softball with your friends and coworkers at the Bensenville Park District. The league uses a 14” softball and teams will play in a 6-game season followed by a post season tournament.
