The Bensenville Sports Conference offers a variety of sport programs for all ages. It was formed to develop and maintain high quality recreational activities for the youth of Bensenville. Our programs promote the benefits of teamwork and physical conditioning, teach the basic fundamental skills involved in various team sports, and emphasize the importance of good sportsmanship and fair play. There are lifelong benefits sports so it is our goal to start our youth at an early age! Here at the Bensenville Park District we strive to educate, equip and empower you with sports.
Tiny Tot Tumbling
This basic tumbling class is specifically designed for preschoolers and will teach body awareness and coordination. Students will learn very basic tumbling moves and motor skills.
Soccer Inter-Village League
The Bensenville Park District Youth Soccer teams play in the Mid Suburban Recreation Soccer League. Participants are to register into the grade that they are currently in. Each team will practice 1-2 days a week (coaches discretion) and play a seven game schedule on Saturdays between 8am-4pm. Time and location of the games will vary week to week.
The Bensenville Park District will host an in-house cheerleading program for kindergarteners-5th graders. Participants will be taught basic cheers, stunts, and tumbling!
Little Sluggers T-Ball
This co-ed T-Ball league offers opportunities for all skill levels and teaches teamwork, fair play, rules of the game, as well as catching, throwing, and hitting. All games will be played at various Bensenville Park District locations.
Small Group Sports Performance, Agility and Strength Training Sessions
Individuals can join a group of up to four athletes looking to train on a 1 to 4 ratio for 60 minutes with a certified athletic performance and corrective exercise trainer in drills and training to elevate their athletic performance, speed and strength.
