Deer Grove Leisure Center Rentals

Looking for a place to host your next party, meeting or gathering? The Deer Grove Leisure Center has a variety of spaces available to do just that.

Gym Rentals

You may rent the entire gym or secure only half of the gym. The full gym can accommodate 370 people. Rentals are available during business hours when available.

Room Rentals

Rooms are available for birthday parties, showers, meetings, and many other occasions. Rooms accommodate 26-93 people and may be reserved based on availability. All room rentals come with a maximum of 6 tables and 40 chairs; additional tables and chairs can be added for a cost.

Birthday Parties

All birthday parties include a party host for two hours long with scheduled activity time, food time, and gift opening time. Parties include cheese pizza, and beverages. Cake and dessert to be provided by the participant. All parties are for ages 4-11. The birthday party fee includes 12 children, additional children/adults can be added for $8 per participant, except for water park birthdays. Additional party time can be added for $85 per hour.

Sports Party

The Sports Birthday Party offers an athletic-themed celebration where young athletes can punt, pass, kick and shoot their way to a memorable birthday. The party features a variety of sports, games and drills, with specific activities tailored upon booking. Participants are encouraged to dress in their favorite team’s attire, ensuring an engaging and spirited experience for every aspiring sports star.

Good Ol’ Fashioned Birthday Party

This traditional-style party features all the best old-fashioned games like Freeze Tag, Bozo Buckets, and many others. Specific activities will be detailed upon booking.

Nerf-Day Birthday

The Bensenville Park District’s Nerf Birthday Party is designed to crown every child the birthday champion. Participants engage in an action-packed battle where they dodge, duck, dip, dive and dart around barriers to secure victory. The park district provides Nerf blasters, darts and all necessary equipment, creating a unique and thrilling celebration for young partygoers!

Slime Birthday

The DIY Slime Birthday Party Package offers a gooey, giggly celebration for children. The package provides a two-hour, slime-filled experience for up to 12 guests, led by two enthusiastic hosts. Participants work in interactive slime kitchens to create custom Butter Slime featuring a rainbow of colors, varied textures and delightful scents. The package includes all necessary slime ingredients, 10-ounce containers, aprons and an assortment of decorations, including glitter, foam beads and charms. Setup and cleanup are provided to ensure a stress-free celebration, and additional guests can be added for $25 each.

Reservation forms for rentals and birthday parties may be picked up at the Leisure Center or downloaded on the forms page. All rentals and parties require notice and full payment a minimum of seven business days before requested date.
