Deer Grove Leisure Center, other facilities closed December 24, 25, 31 and January 1
Bensenville, Ill. (December 18, 2023) — The Bensenville Park District announced special hours for the 2023 holiday season.
The park district’s administrative offices, Deer Grove Leisure Center (DGLC) and Wood Street Fitness Center, located at 1000 W. Wood Street, will be closed December 24-25 and December 31-January 1.
The park district will operate as normal other days, from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Sundays. The registration desk is currently taking enrollments for winter-spring programs and operates from 8:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. Mondays, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays. The registration desk is closed Sundays but registration forms and payments may be dropped off at the DGLC front desk while the building is open.
Fischer Farm grounds will be open daily from dawn to dusk, but the farm house and barns will be closed December 24-26 and December 31-January 2.
The White Pines Golf Club will be closed December 24-25 and December 31-January 1. The facility will be open December 26-30 with limited food and beverage service available.
