Fitness Dayz: Outdoor Bootcamp

Be prepared to do circuits of strength, balance, core, speed and agility as well as resistance training for a full-body workout. All fitness levels are welcome, allowing participants to work out at their own pace. Modifications can be made for every circuit. All necessary fitness equipment will be provided; just bring water. The alternative location in case of inclement weather will be the Exercise Room at the DGLC.
