Friends of Bensenville Parks Foundation presents “Fore the Kids” golf outing

White Pines Golf Club to host August 9 charity event

Bensenville, Ill.— The Friends of Bensenville Parks Foundation, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing recreational opportunities for children, invites individuals and businesses to participate in its annual charity golf outing, “Fore the Kids,” on Wednesday, August 9, at the White Pines Golf Club located at 500 W. Jefferson, Bensenville.

The foundation recognizes the vital role of quality recreational programs in children’s growth and well-being. By joining as a participant or sponsor, attendees can directly contribute to enhancing recreational opportunities for children in the community.

The funds raised from the golf outing will support scholarships, educational programs and community building initiatives, ensuring all children have the chance to thrive. Participants and sponsors can showcase their commitment to corporate social responsibility and make a lasting difference in children’s lives.

The event begins at 8 a.m. with a continental breakfast, followed by a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Lunch will be served at the turn, and participants can enjoy refreshments at 2 p.m. The event concludes with a dinner and raffle at 3 p.m. Individuals may play for $125 ($500 for a foursome), and a dinner-only option is available for $35.

Registration and sponsorship packets may be picked up at the White Pines Pro Shop and the Deer Grove Leisure Center, 1000 W. Wood Street, Bensenville. An online version of the packet may be downloaded at WhitePinesGolf.com and BvilleParks.org. Space is limited; the registration deadline is Monday, July 31.

Various sponsorship opportunities are available, offering valuable exposure among local leaders and golf enthusiasts.
