January 6 event features seasonal, part-time and full-time job opportunities
Bensenville, Ill.— Update that resume and bring it to the Bensenville Park District between noon and 3 p.m. Saturday, January 6, when the park district hosts its job fair in the Oak Room of the Deer Grove Leisure Center, 1000 W. Wood Street, in Bensenville. The event is free and open to the public.
The district is hiring for full-time, part-time and seasonal positions at the Bensenville Water Park and Splash Pad, Deer Grove Leisure Center, Fischer Farm, White Pines Golf Club and Wood Street Fitness. The following positions and more are being filled, including maintenance positions:

“We are hoping to attract college students for summer jobs while they are still home on winter break as well as get eligible high schoolers on-boarded so they can gain experience while earning money,” says Bensenville Park District Superintendent of Finance and Human Resources Evelyn Struck. “Besides being a fun place to work, the park district offers numerous benefits that include free or greatly discounted fitness center membership, golf, water park membership and access to programs.”
Registration is not required to attend the job fair, where prospective employees can meet hiring managers and representatives from various park district departments. Those interested can apply for positions online at BvilleParks.org/JoinOurTeam.
