Bensenville, Ill.— For the second year in a row, Wood Street Fitness, located at 1000 W. Wood Street in Bensenville, extended its ‘Black Friday’ membership special through the end of the year. New members can sign up for 2024 annual memberships and receive the remainder of 2023 for free.
“The annual rate represents a 15 percent discount over the monthly rate,” says Fitness Supervisor Silvia Acevedo. “Plus, those that sign up early will get as much as an extra month for free!”
The special applies to fitness center memberships, Core Class Pass memberships and combination memberships. Annual fitness center membership rates are $153 for in-district adults aged 17 and over and $183 for other adults. Couples rates are $255 (in-district) and $306 (public). Senior rates are available for patrons 55 and older, and fees are just $112 for in-district and $143 for all others. In-district residents 12 to 16 years of age are $122 per year, and all others are $153.
The Core Class Pass allows for unlimited access to all group fitness classes, excluding premier classes and special events. The annual membership fee is $300 for in-district and $360 for those outside the district. The Core Class Pass can be added to a regular Wood Street Fitness Center annual membership for an additional fee of $204. Veterans and active military also qualify for the promotion. New veteran and active military members receive a free membership through 2024 and a 20 percent discount on annual memberships thereafter.
